Minerals and Geology, Office of Mined Land Reclamation for Coal Mining, adopted in accordance
with the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et seq. The Division
further finds that the proposed project qualifies as coal exploration with substantial disturbance
to the land, and that all performance bond requirements, if any, have been satisfied.
