Uepi. 5f f.atural i7eso~~rces <br />AMENDMENT TO CONSENT AGREEMENT <br />Pursuant to the Resolution Concerning Compliance Plans for Unpermitted Operations <br />adopted by the Mined Land Reclamation Board on February 22, 1977, and the Supplementary <br />Compliance Plana adopted by the Board on June 25, 1977, ae amended, the Board issued <br />a Cease 6 Desist Order on June 1, 1977, to Mountain ARRreQates, Inc. <br />requiring Mountain Aggregates, Inc. to enter into a Consent Agreement by July 1, <br />1977, by which Consent Agreement Mountain Aggregates, Inc. was to consent <br />to comply with the referenced Compliance Plan of the Board by certain specified deadlines. <br />On July 15, 1977, the Board found that operators needed additional time to comply <br />with the deadlines of the Board's Compliance Plan of February 22, 1977, as amended. <br />The deadline dates established in Paragraphs 1, 3, 6 6 7 of said Consent Agreement <br />are hereby changed to those established by the Board's resolution of July 15, 1977, se <br />amended, which is attached hereto and thereby incorporated by reference. By its/his <br />signature on this document, Mountain Aggregates, Inc. agrees to comply <br />with the dates established by the July 15, 1977 Resolution, as amended.
