News and Holly Chieftain, and that the said The Iamar Daily News
and Holly Chieftain is a newspaper of general circulation and that said
newspaper is printed and published daily Monday through Friday,
except legal holidays.
2. That the said The [amar Daily News and Holly Chieftain has
been established, and has been printed and published in the County of
Prowers in the state of Colorado, uninterruptedly and continuously far
at least 52 weeks.
3. That the said The Iamar Daily News and Holly Chieftain is a
daily newspaper of general circulation and it is printed and published
wholly in the said County of Prowers, in which said County it is
required [hat said public notice be published.
4. That the said The Lamar Daily News and Holly Chieltain has
been admitted to the United States mail as second class matter under
the provisions of the Act of Congress of March 3, 1879, and
amendments thereof.
