This faxed material was Allen Sorenson's Memo -Reservoir Liner and Mining Setbacks, Mobile Pre- <br />Mix Concrete, Inc. (Lafarge) Riverbend Pit, File No. M-2000-016. <br />The remainder of our questions/comments follow: <br />Revegetation <br />On page E-2 of the application it is stated "Below is a seeding recommendation from the Soil <br />Conservation Service (SCS)." If you plan to use this recommendation please commit ro <br />following it. If not please submit the seeding mix which you do wish to use. <br />2. On page E-3 it is stated "The planting of trees and shrubs is also a part of the final reclamation <br />plan. Below is the a [sic] list of trees and shrubs that are suitable For this area." <br />Please commit to a list of [tees and shmbs which will be planted, the numbers of each species to be planted, and <br />propose a success standard to be used at the time of the permit release. <br />II Water <br />On page E-4 of the application it is staled: <br />"Disturbance of [he area will be done to minimize the effect on the prevailine hydraulic balance as <br />follows-: <br />a) The operator shall comply with all applicable Colorado water laws. <br />
