There are, however, a couple of inadequate responses <br />which will require clarification. These are given below. <br />Your legal description given to the 1/4, 1/4 Jection does not <br />correspond to the pit location yiven on youl° Exhibit C map. <br />2. It is not sufficient to state that certain requirements under the <br />kules and Regulations will be taken into advisement. For example, <br />kule 6,4(a) requires that topsoil be stabilized (by vegetat7ve <br />cover or other means) so that the topsoil is preserved from wind <br />and water erosion. <br />3. Your Exhibit C map outlines 160 acres in red (permit boundary?) and <br />shores a tiny red square within. You need to provide an enlarged <br />Inap of the permit area giving the information per my April 4, 1933, <br />letter, I have attached an example from another county pit to <br />illustrate an acceptable map. <br />4. :ii~nilar to the comments yiven in number 2 above, Rule 6.5(a) <br />requires a diverse and long-lasting vegetative cover. You Inay <br />provide an alternative to that suggested in any April 4, 1933, <br />letter if you rash. In any event, the seed mix is to become p v-t <br />or the final plan.
