I have signed the maps, consistent with Rule 3.2.1(2). <br />Rule 6.4.3 Exhibit C -Pre-minint? and Mining Plan Maus <br />2. We have added the language contained in Exhibit J -Vegetation Information to <br />the Existing Conditions Map. As you mentioned, the map already shows the <br />location of existing trees and shrubs. <br />3. We have labeled the owners of all of the structures on and within 200' of the <br />affected land on the Existing Conditions and Mining Plan Maps. <br />Rule 6.4.4 Exhibit D -Mining Plan <br />4. At this time Hall-Irwin intends to sell inert structural fill generated outside of the <br />approved permit area. If the Operator decides to backfill any fill that was <br />generated outside of the permit area, Hall-Irwin will provide the Division notice <br />of any proposed backftll activity not identified in the approved reclamation plan. <br />Rule 6.4.5 Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan <br />The reclamation plan includes approximately I S acres of lake, 93 acres of water <br />storage reservoirs, 167 acres of wildlife habitat and 11 acres of ]and to be <br />reclaimed to the original elevation (or higher) to allow for the potential for the <br />landowner to construct buildings on the property someday (subject to <br />Milliken permits). The estimated acreage associated with each seed mix is in the <br />following table. <br />1900 5.
