In response to your site visit and the recommendations, the following ammendments
have been made to our application:
Exhibit A, Permit Boundary Description -Boundary descriptions have been changed to
the correct legal descriptions.
Exhibit B, Index Map -The boundaries of the DuCray land and the proposed pit area
are distinctly outlined.
Exhibit C, Pre-Mining and Mining Map -Two seperate maps are included. The
pre-mining map shows adjacent property owners, existing structures and surface
topography, pre-existing disturbances, and a modified boundary as we discussed. The
mining map shows additional fencing and haul access roads, stockpile areas, buffer
zones, and mining phases.
Exhibit D, Mining Plan -This exhibit has been modified with mining zones and phasing,
buffer zones, and stockpiling plans.
Exhibit E, Reclamation Plan -This exhibit has been modified with topsoil stockpiling
and overburden details, hydro-mulching plans, and the amounts of pure live shrub mix
rates.
Exhibit F, Reclamation Plan Map -This exhibit will be forwarded within the next few
days under seperate cover.
Exhibit G, Water Information -Some modifications have been made to address the
drainage and the pond. A 100-year plan will be forwarded within the next few days
under seperate cover.
Exhibit H through Exhibit K - No modifications.
Exhibit L, Reclamation Costs -Additional information will be forthcoming.
