Upon examination of the well documentation and
proposed site, it was determined that two wells fell within the proposed process
are in Phase 5 and a third well is located on the boundary between Phase 1 and
Phase 5. No less than a 50 foot set back will be maintained around all well
structures.
Exhibit D -The applicant proposes to disturb no more than 20 acres at any one
time.
Exhibit G -The applicant will commit to a 50 foot set back from all wells in the
active phase of the mine provided the well is in good standing both structurally
and legally.
Exhibit H -The DOW recommended a seed mixture. Upon examination of the
mixture by Fremont Soil Conservation District expert Roy Roper, it was
determined the mixture was not suitable for the area. The seed recommended
was not indigenous to Fremont County. The letter is provided in Exhibit E, dated
November 18, 1999.
Exhibit L -The applicant agrees to limit disturbance to 20 acres and will provide
an appropriate reclamation bond.
If you have questions, please call me at 719-275-1280.
Respectfully submitted,
Ang a Bellantoni
ASPHALT CONCRETE SAND & GRAVEL
Equal Opportunity Employer
