Of Natural Resources <br />The following information is to be added to the Application <br />for Permit submitted on July 14, 1976. If there is any discrepancy <br />between this information and information submitted earlier, this <br />material is to take precedence. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />A portion of the N 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 9, T.34N., R.9W., <br />S.U.L., N.M.P.M. See metes and bounds provided with the location <br />description. <br />AFFECTED AREA <br />Total affected area is 18.3 acre +, This figure should be <br />used any place in either text or maps that total affected acreage <br />is mentioned. <br />MINITvTG PLAN <br />Topsoil will be stockpiled in the area indicated on the general <br />map and be stabilized by broadcast seeding stream bank n'heatgrass <br />(Sodar) at the rate of twenty lb./acre. <br />Aaterial will be excavated to the elevation of the existing <br />pit (approximately 6,720) which is now from twenty ft. to sixty ft. <br />below natural ground level. <br />The crusher and other equipment used will follow the direction <br />of mining, i.e. north through the affected area. <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />Pit walls will be left at a slope of 3:1 or flatter. Any <br />mention of slope in the text or on the maps should be changed to <br />
