Dept. of Natural Resources The undersigned citi2ens respectfully request the Reclamation Board to schedule a public hearing Sn Colorado Springs during week-end or evening hours to consider our verbal objections to Castle concrete's pend].ng_ applications to continue mining activities in our community, Our protest will stress several pointss 1, Public documents filed by Castle concrete in Colorado Springs at the E1 Paso County Clerk and Recorder's Office exclude reclamation plans from public scrutiny.
