III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII ~ <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />WHEREAS, on June 24, 1981, the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Morgan County, Colorado, held a public hearing <br />upon the application of Builders Aggregate Co., Inc. for a <br />Special Use Permit for the extraction of a natural resource in <br />Agricultural District, "A-1", described as follows: <br />A parcel of land containing 9 acres, <br />more or less, located in the S'~NWa <br />of Section 31, Township 4 North, <br />Range 58 West of the 6th P.M. <br />WHEREAS, the Board finds that proper notices have <br />been yiven, reviewed testimony, evidence and the file as presented <br />at the public hearing and found that all applicable county re- <br />quirements had been fulfilled, and <br />WHEREAS, the County Zoning Administrator and the <br />Planning Commission of Morgan County, Colorado, have recommended <br />the issuance of the Special Use Permit, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board further finds: <br />1. That such a use is a use permitted by special <br />review in an "A-1", Agricultural District. <br />2. That such a use is within the zoning classifica- <br />tion and is compatible with the area and in harmony, as well as <br />the character of the neighborhood. <br />3. That there is a need for such proposed use. <br />Upon motion by Henry Kammerzell, seconded by John A. <br />Lindell and unanimously carried, the following resolution was <br />adopted: <br />RESOLVED, that the application of Builders Aggregate <br />Co., Inc. for a Special Use Permit as hereinbefore set forth, be <br />and the same is hereby granted. <br />
