Cabany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Cedar Poirot Picture Rock Quarry, File No. M-1004-048, Receipt of 110 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Application <br />Deaz Mr. Daugherty: <br />On August 2, 2004, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 Constmction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit application for the Cedar Poi Picture Rock Quarry, which is located in San Miguel County. All comment and <br />review periods began on August 2, 2004. The decision date for your application is scheduled for September 1, 2004. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice to all <br />owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands that <br />are within Z00 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. You must submit <br />proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail - Return Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology prior to the decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must <br />also be reflected in the public review copy which has been placed with the San Miguel County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Ad.
