PUBWC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given in
accordance with C.R.S. 1973,
34.32-101, et seq. and the rules
and regulations of the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Board
relative to [he application
submitted by Charles Dever-
eaux to obtain a limited impact
operation mining and reclama-
tion permit for an open gravel
pit. The proposed mining
operation is to be conducted in
Section 27 (S27) Township 1
North (TIN) Range 93 West
(R93W), 6th P.M. situate in the
County of Rio Blanco, Colorado.
Operations upon the
proposed mining site would
commence as soon as approval
is obtained and would continue
for approximately ten (10) years
from said dale. The applicant
anticipates that after the mining
operations are completed, the
future use of the property would
be agricultural.

Blanco County Clerk and
Recorder's Office for public
