(the "Act"), as amended, provides that no permit may be <br />issued under a Act until the lamed Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") <br />receives a performance warranty (or warranties) that is a written promise to <br />comply with all applicable requirements of the Act. <br />WHEREAS, Kit Carson County (the "Operator"}, a <br />corporation, has app led for a permit to conduct <br />a- m ring operation nown as (the "Operation"} on <br />certain lands in kit Carson County, o orado.
