WHEREAS, Said ~_ .mine gill be operated for. the purpose of extracting ~['>C (~ for commercial marketing aT~d, - - WHEREAS, The Colorado Open Mining Land Reclamation Act provides ,,,.r,, statutory authority for the Land Reclamation Board of the. State of Colorado . to enter into agreements with operators or persons in charge of mining operations such as those contemplated by GE%~%t~i~ to insure that the necessary stabilization and reclamation work will be done to prevent land- slides, floods or erosion.
