Lamm <br />Governor <br />October 6, 1986 <br />Mr. Merrill Wright <br />Universal Peat, Sand and Gravel, Inc. <br />1557 South Ingalls <br />Lakewood, Colorado 80226 <br />Re: File No.: M -86 -140 <br />Incomplete Application <br />Dear Mr. Wright: <br />Upon reviewing your application for a Mining & Reclamation Permit, dated <br />October 1, 1986, we have determined that it is incomplete under the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act (CRS 34 -32 -101, et seq .), and the associated <br />regulations. <br />The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be <br />considered complete (Rule 1.1(10) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board, as amended, effective July, 1978): <br />A 111 permitted operation can not be directly converted to a 110 operation. <br />An entire complete 110 application needs to be submitted. The application can <br />contain information and maps originally submitted with the 111 application <br />provided they still apply.
