Through an oversight, this form has never been completed. <br />VALCO assumed the reclamation bond that Gunnison Ready 13ix had posted <br />through the M.J. Verzuh Agency in Gunnison. This bond was not renewed in <br />July, 1930, but is still being held by the Board acaaiting the Succession <br />of Operator. <br />In July, 1930, VALCO submitted their own bond through the Talbert Agency <br />in Denver. This Travelers Bond is No. 364E137-1 in the amount of $14,300. <br />This should complete the information needed on the"Succession of Operator" <br />and also release the At. J.
