DANIELSON, DEPUTY STATE ENGINEER <br />SUBJECT; SCHMIDT-TIAGO CONSTRUCTION CO. - CHRISTIAN PIT, EL PASO COUNTY, <br />APPLICATION FOR MINING AND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />As requested by your office, we have reviewed the application fora gravel pit <br />near Fountain. The applicant has provided insufficient information concerning <br />his use of water in the proposed mining operation. If water will be required <br />for dust control, sanitation, or other purposes, we recommend that the Board <br />be provided with additional information concerning the source and amounts of <br />water to be used.
