2.02.1 Scope
The scope of this Section establishes requirements for coal exploration
outside the approved permit area.
TCC plans only to conduct coal sizing and loadout operations at its
facility. Since no coal will be mined, TCC does not anticipate a need
for coal exploration at its operation. Therefore, this Section is not
applicable.
