Please note that your final decision'date will need tD occur on or before August 12, 2003; . <br />ie: 365 days from the date of original submittal. (Please disregazd our previous correspondence of January. <br />13, 2003). All outstanding adequacy concerns will need to be resolved to the satisfaction of-tha Division <br />by this date. Also, if there becomes a need to schedule a Formal Public Hearing before-the Colorado Mine <br />Land Reclamation Boazd to decide the outcome of your application, such hearing must occur prior to. the <br />August 12, 2003 deadline. If you know of a preferred decision date, other than August 12, 2003, please' <br />respond in writing.
