Cottony <br />Division DireROr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />As you may know, the Division has revised the recommended decision date for your Regular 112 <br />Application to December 24, 2004. In addition, we will be scheduling apre-Hearing Conference during <br />the week of January 3-7, 2005. A Formal Public Hearing will be scheduled before the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board at the January 19-20, 2005 Board Meeting. The Division will present its <br />recommended decision to the Boazd during the Hearing. Farfrumwurkin, LLLP and the objectors will be <br />requited to participate in the scheduled Hearing. The Hearing may be canceled if the objector, District 6 <br />Water Users Association, withdraws their objection in writing prior to the Hearing. <br />In order for the Division to make its recommended decision by December 24, 2004; please submit a <br />complete response to all adequacy concerns no later than December 17, 2004.
