Hugua: <br />I have 1leted below several points which should be clarified or more <br />fu/lly addressed in your permit application. <br />/1. Application Fae: a. Your application fee was incorrectly computed. <br />The correct fee is $85.00. The additional $1.50 should be forward- <br />ed to this office. <br />2~ega1 Description: a. The principal meridian should be included in <br />all legal descriptions. <br />3.~Mine Plan: a. A timetable of eapected future diateabance should ba <br />included in the mine plan along with the starting date of your opera- <br />tions at the,,~in~ and the anticipated termination date. <br />/b, Be sure to mention all present surface dieturbance Cot- <br />ter ie responsible for and crone reference this with your large ecaln <br />map. This is particularly important in [hie case since it ie s shared <br />operation. ~- <br />/ c. a amount and type of consumptive water use should be <br />diacuaeed br ly focusing primarily upon your source of water. <br />d. The mine plan should in clods information concerning your <br />eapected~t tal gearly tonnage of ore and waste. <br />4. Map: ~. The map should clearly show pereait area boundaries. Be sure to <br />allow an adequate "buffer" sons beyond present disturbance to avoid future <br />permit boundary problems ae mine development continues in the future. <br />5. Reclamation Plan: a. Several key points in the reclamation plan are tied <br />to stipulations in gour ERDA lease. These terms must be spelled out in <br />the reclamation plan. in order for the staff to review the plan. <br />b. AlI buildings, machinery, refuse and other atzucturea <br />moat be removed from the site and properly disposed of. <br />
