On March 30, 2000, Western Mobile Northern, Inc., whose address and telephone number are 1800 N.
Taft Hill Rd., P.O. Box 2187, Fort Collins, CO 80522; [phone], filed an application to conduct
surface extraction of construction materials and reclamation, at or neaz Section 24, Township SN,
Range 69W, 6`~ Prime Meridian, in Lorimer County. The application decision is scheduled for June 28,
2000. A complete copy of the application is available for review at the Lorimer County Clerk &
Recorders Office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman
Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
