Someone <br />told him that Jim Lochhead recently participated in a rafting trip on the <br />Arkansas River with State Parks officials to evaluate a proposed gravel <br />mining site and that Jim had encouraged local citizens who are opposed to <br />the project to call-in complaints to the Governor's Citizens Advocate <br />number. <br />The only part of this that is true is that Parks officials did conduct a <br />rafting trip recently and there is a gravel mine proposed.
