It appears that the current bond amount will be adequate to cover this program if <br />it is instituted in the manner described in your letter. The Division also assumes that the drill pads, if <br />constructed, will be regraded to match existing contours and reclaimed according to the reclamation <br />plan for the quarry. <br />I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your new vice president position.
