A 3 -acre excavation pit, 30 feet at the deepest point, is flooded to <br />a depth of 15' with groundwater which must be pumped out. <br />4. 75,000 cy of nil will be required to bockfill the 3 -acre pit (Assumed <br />an overage depth of 15,). The fill material wfil consist of 9.600 cy of fill <br />removed from the ttxkpile berm located at the southeast corner of the <br />site (approx 1,200 If Maul); 9,000 cy of stockpiled fill located along the <br />north property boundary (oapr ox 600 If haul); and 56,400 cy of fill must <br />be Imported into the site. <br />5. The 56,400 cy of import fill will come from other approved sources <br />owned by the applicant. Therefore, costs to locate and permit a borrow <br />source wlil not be required. The 56,400 cy of fill will need to be loaded <br />from the borrow pit, hauled a distance of approximately two miles to the <br />Monument View Gravel Pit area. <br />6. The settlement pond area, approx 1 acre in size, will need to be <br />removed and backf .led. The pond is to be created by pushing out the <br />existing overburden materials, and the overburden will not be removed <br />from the pond area. <br />7. Haul Roads, portable scale facilities (including concrete support <br />structure) will be demolished. <br />8.
