On 9/28/99, DMG received your response to DMG's 7/14199 preliminary reclamation cost
estimation. DMG has utilized the information submitted on 9/28/99 to re-evaluate the cost
of estimation. DMG reclamation cost estimation now totals 833,788. Please find
enclosed, copy of DMG 9128!99 reclamation cost estimation.
On 9!29!99, DMG approved the technical revision, submitt ' on 9/27199, addressing
compliance with Rule 4.2.118) for operations having a recla~ation bond with a federal land
