A permit will <br />be issued upon receipt of properly executed performance and financial <br />warranties. To date, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Di visiom has not <br />received the performance and financial warranties; therefore, no permit has <br />been issued nor can mining activities commence until these two warranties are <br />received and deemed adequate. <br />Please contact the Division at your earliest convenience concerning the <br />appropriate warranty forms or any questions you may have concerning this <br />permitting process. <br />Sincerely, <br />James B.
