Dept. of Natural Resources <br />Thank you for your letter dated August 24, 1978 advising of <br />unanimous approval of the subject permit applications by the <br />Land Reclamation Board at their August 23, 1978 meeting. <br />Recommended changes in the grass seeding mixtures and inclusion <br />of shrubs, items 1, 2 and 3 of subject letter, were agreeable to Ideal <br />and should be included as provisions of the permits. <br />Also, as approved and specified, Ideal will submit one bond to cover <br />reclamation of the four quarries listed as the subject of this letter <br />and the Portland limestone quarry, 77-344• The Portland quarry appli- <br />cation is tentatively scheduled for the September 27-28 Board Meeting <br />to be held in SteamboatSprings, Colorado.
