Cottony <br />Acting Division Director <br />This Office has received Ephemeral Resources request fora 30 day extension to the decision date of <br />October 22, 2002 for the above referenced 112c application. Staff will grant the request and the new <br />decision date is now set at November 22"d, 2002. <br />The extension will give Ephemeral time to put together the amendment to the application. Please <br />remember that with the amendment request, a new time table for a decision will be set.
