Covey:
Thank you for your letter of August 13, 1990. You have indicated that you
wish t.o provide some of the excess granite soil/gravel from your mining
operation to a neighbor for use in a septic leach system.
As removal of excess material is consistent with your overall mining plan, it
will not require any special amendment or technical revision to your permit.
Please be advised, however, that whatever material is required to meet your
approved reclamation plan must remain at the site for use when mining
operations are completed.
Thank you for keeping us informed of your activities
to contact if we may be of further service.
Sincerely,
/~ /~ ~ /
~Y~GCc~-ZY~ ` ~ ~Z~C~i ~c~~
Daniel I.
