Please provide <br />this information directly to Bob Williams at HWC, <br />including both the projected reclamation cost, as well <br />as the factors considered in calculating this amount. <br />Also please provide Bob with written concurrence that <br />HWC has satisfactorily complied with the requirements of <br />paragraphs 20, 21, 22, and 23 of the Agreement. HWC <br />would appreciate receiving this information and <br />concurrence at your earliest convenience. <br />To the extent that the current bond amount of <br />$57,200 exceeds the projected actual cost of completing <br />the reclamation work, then HWC intends to submit this <br />summer a replacement bond in the amount of the actual <br />reclamation cost.
