The <br />correspondence was addressed to MSHA, but utilized the DMG address. Copy of the <br />correspondence is enclosed for referenced. <br />Please note that MSHA and DMG are two separate agencies, not associated with each other. <br />Additionally, DMG records do not indicate that DMG personnel conducted inspections at either <br />of the H & H quarries during February 2005.
