Cattany <br /> Division Direcor <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />On July 11, 2005, DMG received correspondence from Ms. Betty Holley of H & H Stone, <br />responding to a February visit and indicating that 'mining activities have commenced. The <br />correspondence was addressed to MSHA, but utilized the DMG address. Copy of the <br />correspondence is enclosed for referenced. <br />Please note that MSHA and DMG are two separate agencies, not associated with each other. <br />Additionally, DMG records do not indicate that DMG personnel conducted inspections at either <br />of the H & H quarries during February 2005. Therefore, if your correspondence was intended to <br />be mailed to MSHA, please utilize the mailing address for MSHA at: <br />MSHA <br />Rocky Mountain District <br />P.O.
