Staff conducted an Administrative <br />Inspection on April 28, 1998, and found the proposed ancillary sales use had not yet <br />been established. Since a portion of the use has not been established, the permit shall <br />require cone-year review before the Planning Commission. <br />The property is located at 25960 Highway 96 East. The property is described as Parcel <br />A of Lot Line Rearrangement No. 97-02. <br />The Pueblo County Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing <br />regarding this matter on May 26, 1998. Please provide any comments you may,have to <br />this office no later than May 13, 1998. If it would be more convenient, you may fax your <br />comments to (719) 583-6376.
