Shelton, Director
Dear Mr. Shelton:
t~R~EnD LANND AEC~~~AT~^"
This letter is being written in order to try to clear up a
few matters reguarding our two pits in Delta County, CO File No.
77-22 and 77-20.
In reguard to the financial warranties on these two pits, I
have had correspondence with Camille Farrell on these matters
and have several sets of photos to review with her. I have been
in Denver at our Rock Products Meetings for the last 2 months,
but unfortunately she was unavailable on both occassions to meet
with me. I then received a letter dated June 26, 1985 in my office
on July 22, 1985, from Philip C. Saletta. He had previously con-
tacted my wife Mrs. Thelma Starner by phone at our office and another
call to myself some days later. As a result of these two telephone
conversations, and the letter from Mr. Saletta, I am requesting a
meeting, with you at your convenience, to discuss certain problems
and their solution. I would also request that any further action on
these matters be delayed until we can meet and resolve these
problems.
I am thanking you in advance for your cooperation.
Yours truly, c~
. ~~,~ ~,
Jack R.
