The prope y will be received by the Division of Pazks and Outdoor Recreation and will be used for public oses of recreation. The property is located west of the Nature Center along the Arkansas ver and is in an A-2, Agricultural (minimum 5 acres) Zone District. This subdivision exemption equest is being heazd in conjunction with Map Amendment No. 96-25 requesting the property be rezoned from A-2 to S-l, Public Use Zone District. The Boazd f County Commissioners is scheduled to hold a public heazing on November 14, 1996. Plea a provide any comments you may have to this office by November 13, 1996.
