In addition, Bob Liddli has reviewed the Mine 3
Spoils Well Submittal dated January 10, 1985.
In line with Anne's recommendations, the following steps will need to be
accomplished:
1. Complete construction of the Middle Creek Detention Basin as
designed, and submit corrected design calculations (within a
reasonable time following construction).
2. Place gages in both ponds in order t clearly indicate the required
dewatering level.
3. Submit additional information as specified by Stipulation No. 11
regarding permanent impoundment criteria as discussed in the
Findings Document.
4. Delete Ditch P-1 designs from recently submitted material.
5. Provide a specific discussion on the sediment control/soil
stabilization measures to be applied on the small area exemption
area. A filter fabric fence or stray++ bale berm above the Homestead
Ditch, in combination with contour fl~rrowing and chiseling would be
sufficient.
Stipulations 1, 3, 5, 9, 10, 12, 14 and 16 have been satisfactorily resolved.
Stipulations 2, 4 and 6 are ongoing.
423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Tel.
