Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 32, Sec- tion 34-32- 112 have'been submitted; thus your application has been deemed complete for the purposes of filing on this date. A11 review and discussion periods as provided in the Act and the Rules 6 Regulations (as amended, effective July 1978) promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing, unless you notify us by Jan. 14, 1982that you wish a later filing date, as per amended RULE 1.1(10) of the aforementioned Rules & Regulations. Please refer to this RULE concerning local government approval, as well. The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land Reclamation Board will be March 211-25, 1982 . You should commence publication of a notice of filing of this application accordingly (see reverse side for notice format) . Nocice requirements can be found in RULE 2.2 Because the date for consideration may be subject to revision, please do not include it in your notice. For Limited Impact per- mit applications, the final date for filing of objections, which must be stated in the publication, will be 48 hours before this tentative date for Board consideration. You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential items, with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions to the copies on file in our offices must also be made in this local govern- ment copy. THE STAFF IS CURRENTLY REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE ITEMS YOU HAVE SUBMITTED ARE ADEQUATE IN TERMS OF MEETINNG THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ACT AND THE RULES 6 REGULATIONS.
