The second is that the <br />24" section of culvert added to the outlet of the culvert is also <br />undersized. The third is that the sealing by Harrison Western of <br />an underground mine opening situated near the outfall of the <br />culvert is inadequate. <br />The Division will conduct an inspection of the GEC Mine <br />month.
