The Division of
Minerals and Geology will keep this letter in the file and attempt to keep Adams County informed.-
However, please note that the Division has no legal responsibility to do this and, ultimately, it,is a property
owner's responsibility to keep informed of changes related to the permit. I would suggest that Adams
County keep informed by regular calls to the Division and by reviewing monthly published agendas for the
Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) in which is a list of the latest decisions by the Board and the
Division for the past month.
If you have any questions, please contact me at 303-866-3863.
Sincerely,
C/~~' -
Carl B.
