We feel this is the best way to handle the
revisions that are needed in both mining operations. During the
next several weeks I'll be getting together with you on the new
plan, and hopefully I'll be able to submit this application
either later this month or early next month.
Would you please pass on this intent to the MLRB. In their
decision of May 23, 1985 they indicated we should submit a
technical revision to the Henderson Development Company permit.
A new application will of course go way beyond the nee{led
corrective action, but i don't want the Board to think we're
ignoring them when they don't see a technical revision at their
next hearing.
Sincerely,
Robert~N.
