The Division is contemplating routing the water from the
intersection of the drainage with the West Pit northeast around the south and southeast
sides of the West Pit Pond, along the road to a point east of the EFCI permit boundary. A
map is enclosed for your perusal.
If you have any concerns, please comment on this realignment by January 22, 1993.
Consider the consequences of this configuration on the integrity of any of your facilities.
Construction of this diversion would be accompanied by re-establishment of the
embankment in the diversion's outlet current location.
Let me thank you in advance for any time spent in this review. We appreciate your input
on this issue.
Sincerely,
~~~~~~ C.~' ~~~~o ~~
Catherine W.
