The Division is contemplating routing the water from the <br />intersection of the drainage with the West Pit northeast around the south and southeast <br />sides of the West Pit Pond, along the road to a point east of the EFCI permit boundary. A <br />map is enclosed for your perusal. <br />If you have any concerns, please comment on this realignment by January 22, 1993. <br />Consider the consequences of this configuration on the integrity of any of your facilities. <br />Construction of this diversion would be accompanied by re-establishment of the <br />embankment in the diversion's outlet current location. <br />Let me thank you in advance for any time spent in this review.
