August 26, 2003 at 6:00 P.M. in the Anasazi Room (Commissioners Meeting <br />Room) of the La Plata County Courthouse, 1060 E. 2"" Avenue, Durango to discuss the <br />following project: <br />PROJECT #2003-189, AVLUP DISTRICT MAP AMENDMENT - DILLON: <br />Applicant: Dillon Ranches LLLP Agent: Frank Anesi <br />Request to change the Animas Valley Land Use Plan rgap classification from River <br />Corridor District to lndustria] District on an approximately170 acre parcel located at <br />691 CR 252; Sec 15, T36N, R9W. <br />The purpose of this meeting is to provide local public input in the land use process by allowing <br />the applicant to discuss the proposal with neighbors and to review compatibility issues related <br />to the project. A report on the neighborhood compatibility meeting will be prepared by the <br />Planning Department. The Planning Commission public hearing date has not been scheduled <br />but you will be mailed notice of that meeting. <br />Written comments can be mailed to the Planning Department, 1060 East Second Avenue, <br />Durango, Colorado 81301.
