The dwelling or structure is situated at: <br />26588 BB 27 Rd <br />I authorize the New Horizon mine to notify me about their blasting schedule by yearly <br />publications in the San Miguel Basin Forum or other newspapers in the Nucla area duly <br />qualified for publishing legal notices, as well as by the annual mailing required by <br />statute.
