Please check one below and return this Russell George form with your payment to DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. Computer requirements to use the DMG document imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A pmgram called QuickView will ba copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the fast time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the softwaze. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive.. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. I'he CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle sirigie and multi page docmnents. • On a WiIIdows 3tP computer, the defauh viewing prbgratns are called "Windows Picture and-I`ax'diewer" or"Paint"~d woik-witli Qiu~w:-"The rmagutg Viewer t at Domes wttTi pre-Wm3ows~ computers. does work. DMG has determined that a program called "h•FanView", which can be downloaded from hfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration aze the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Instructions: k. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorua, which inns the QuickV iew . setup' program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView aze available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. The Permit File document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMG office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD. DMG cannot provide computer related suuaort.
