Perhaps on the old Ford Mountain-
dale Quarry Site. ~,,.,CS~~,
Yes
If you can locate the permit for this operation on file, I
would appreciate the following information: Owner's name, -
operation name and contact phone number - and a copy of the haul
road map.
This information is required to determine the current _
access road to a section of land we lease from the State of
Colorado Section #36 just north of the quarry site. When the
operators relocated the road and upgraded it for hauling gravel
out, they made the original access road impossible for me to find.
Bill Giardano at Fremont County reports that a special use
permit was approved April 22, 1985 and runs till April 22, 1988.
~~f He reports the operator to be C & C Sand from Colorado Springs.
~~ti~ The permit is reported to be a 9.9 acre permit in the NE; of the
' NE; and SE; of NE4 Section 1.
Thank you in anticipation of your cooperation in this matter.
Respectfu~y,
