This stipulation was supposed to have b een resolved within <br />120 days of permit issuance. According to our re~~ords this 120 <br />days is up July 10, 1982. <br />I apologize for not getting in touch with you sooner regard- <br />ing this matter. However, as you are aware we ha~/e other con- <br />cerns at Walden at this time.
