The mine will remain in temporary
cessation until it is certain the McClane Canyon Mine will be able to access the reserves to the
south of Munger as explained in Section 2.0 of Volume I. If McClane can access the reserves
south of the Munger Mine; reclamation of the Munger Mine and access road will begin. A new
reclamation timetable will be submitted when the decision to reclaim is made. If McClane can
not access the reserves south of the Munger Mine; the permit will be revised and the reserves
will be accessed from the Munger Mine.
A new accounting of the disturbed area, including Loma Loadout was also requested in
the 2000 Mid-term Review.
