07/14/99 WED 19:52 FA}; 303 452 4515 ADCO/CHEROAEE/BAYER <
~~ ~ ~ III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII ~ ~oDl
999
ADCO Consulting
2090 E, 104th Avenue, #305
Thornton, Colorado 80233
450-2204
Fax: 452-4515
FAX TRANSMISSION COVER SHEET
Date: July 14, 1999
To: DMG, da Tom Schreiner and Alan Sorenson;
cc: CAMAS, do Mike Refer
Fax: 303-832-8106 (DMG); a: 303-716-5299 (CAMAS)
Rc: Revised PSCo Liarnse, Permit #M-99-034
Sender: Robert N. Fleming
YOU SHOULD RECEIVE 3 PAGE(S), INCLUDING THIS COVER SHEET. IF
YO U DO NOT RECEIVE ALL THE PAGES, PLEASE CALL 450-2204.
Attached are the revisions to two sections of the PSCo. license. These revisions were
initiated at Tom Sorenson's request in his memo of 06/21/99. The revisions are:
1. Adding to item #17 a sentence which states that the Slurry Wall is permanent
across the PSCo. easement and is not required to be removed.
2. Added a section (f) to item #23. (f) references the map exhibits, which in
addition to the slurry wall location and mining within 200' of the PSCo. towers,
also depicts the 35' setbacks from the PSCo. right of way and thus grants
permission to CAMAS to mine within 35' of the PSCo. right-of-way.
The language used in each case is almost exactly what Alan Sorenson suggested, but
before I get the license agreement signed by CAMAS and sent back to PSCo., T want to
make sure these revisions are acceptable to the DMG.
