A copy of that Agreement is on file with the Division. I have further discussed this with Mark Steen and secured his verbal agreement as well. We propose an additional 3 foot by 200 feet of pipeline _ ~buv1-.z right-of-way for installation of pipe from the Times Mine to the Mill. Installation of the pipeline should create~~lyQ ~ninimi6~+~ c s surface impact. d~-~' ,(y~'m~+t~..~ y ~ ~` The decant line will be restored and utilized as w~e~ utcro~ specifically provided in the approved permit application. This"~`~„~ will be done prior to processing ore. operation, it is our plan to rent a pump to fill the Times Mine with Left Hand Creek water. We anticipate this occurring once or ~ twice per year. ~~Q COM, Inc. has entered into a. lease agreement with Al Trunkenbolz, owner of the property where the pumping station will be located along the south side of Left Hand Creek.
